Summary

This full-time position offers flexible 0.91.0 FTE, minimal call, and the option to include obstetrics, creating both professional fulfillment and work-life balance. • Full-time | 0.9 - 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare Willmar

• Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am 5pm

• Call 1:9 for non-OB FM
\n
• Call 1:12 for OB FM
\n

Pay and Benefits

\n
• Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year\n

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  \n
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  \n
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:

• BE/BC in Family Medicine

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
