\n This temp-to-hire, full-time Machine Operator position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with some prior manufacturing or machinery experience who enjoy hands-on work. In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth production, perform quality checks, and document product measurements all while gaining valuable experience. \n

\n\n Machine Operator Job Duties:\n
\n- \n
- Operate and monitor production machines to produce high-quality parts \n
- Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues to keep production running smoothly \n
- Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications \n
- Record production data and measurements accurately to maintain quality and efficiency \n
\n \n
\n\n Schedule: Day shift and weekend compressed graveyard \n
\n- \n
- Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm \n
- Graveyard: Friday to Sunday, 5pm to 5am\n
- \n
- Train 2-3months, Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm \n
\n
\n \n
\n\n Pay: $22 per hour\n
\n- \n
- Plus a $2/hr weekend shift differential \n
\n \n
\n\n Machine Operator Requirements:\n
\n- \n
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, or a similar hands-on environment preferred \n
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate equipment, make basic machine adjustments, and troubleshoot issues \n
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or similar inspection equipment preferred \n
- Comfortable using a computer to document production data, record measurements, and follow work instructions \n
