Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Mission, KS. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers get the most value from the services they use.
This is a great opportunity to transition customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, or other people-focused experience into a rewarding sales support career. Previous sales experience is not required. The right candidate will bring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while helping them maximize their subscription services.
- Introduce customers to additional products and services that align with their needs.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations in a professional and confident manner.
- Manage customer accounts, renewals, outbound calls, and email follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service while working toward individual performance goals.
- Learn and navigate multiple computer systems to support customer engagement and account activity.
Compensation and Benefits
- First-year hourly wage $14.41 plus commission.
- Paid training with ongoing coaching and development.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.
- Hybrid schedule after training, with four days working from home and one day in the office after approximately 90 days.
- Full-time schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
