Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure as an SLP
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with IEPs, goal writing, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Please note: Candidates requiring SLPAs for caseload management will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to a diverse student population within a caseload capped at 55
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Engage in progress monitoring, data collection, and regular communication with teachers, parents, and administrators
  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive school culture by supporting generalization of strategies within classrooms
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal standards
