Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with IEPs, goal writing, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Please note: Candidates requiring SLPAs for caseload management will not be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to a diverse student population within a caseload capped at 55
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage in progress monitoring, data collection, and regular communication with teachers, parents, and administrators
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive school culture by supporting generalization of strategies within classrooms
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal standards
