Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive atmosphere for students
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students with communication disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student learning goals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
• Communicate with caregivers to update them on student progress and strategies for home support
