Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Experience or strong interest in working within school environments
  • Familiarity with elementary student needs and age-appropriate interventions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
  • Commitment to supporting children’s academic and functional growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services to elementary-aged students as specified in their IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and review progress
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Document treatment sessions and update student records in compliance with school standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute relevant insights for student success
  • Support initiatives that foster a positive, accessible, and inclusive learning environment

This position spans 40 hours per week with a manageable elementary caseload, allowing you to cultivate meaningful relationships and deliver quality interventions.
