Job Responsibilities

• Respond to pager calls only, working 24-hour shifts (from 8 AM to 8 AM).
• Manage an average of 65 to 80 OB deliveries each month.
• Provide coverage for ER calls related to OB/GYN and conduct rounds on unit patients.
• Handle approximately one or fewer no-document patients daily.
• Perform vaginal deliveries, low forceps deliveries, C-sections, VBACs, and breech deliveries.
• Conduct repairs for 3rd and 4th degree lacerations.
• Obtain hospital privileges as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Hospital privileges are mandatory.
• Experience in the required delivery methods and laceration repairs.
