Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Grand Rapids
Job Description
We are currently looking for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to become a part of our dedicated Anesthesia Services Team in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Practice OverviewOur facility is recognized as a Level 2 trauma center and features:
- 16 operating rooms
- 4 endoscopy suites
- 2 operating rooms for obstetrics
- 5 non-operating room anesthesia (NORA) sites
We handle a diverse range of cases, from general procedures to more complex surgeries, including:
- Kidney transplants
- Thoracic surgeries
- Orthopedic procedures (including trauma)
- Bariatric surgeries
- Podiatry
- Gynecological surgeries
- Neurosurgery
- Emergency cases
- Imaging procedures (MRI/CT)
- Cardiac and vascular surgeries
- Obstetrics
- Regional anesthesia blocks
The work schedule includes a combination of 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts. You will be joining a professional, confident, and friendly team of providers. Shared home-call responsibilities are approximately one weekend every quarter and one weekday every six weeks.
QualificationsTo be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Board certification in anesthesia prior to employment
- Valid Michigan state license
- DEA license
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
