Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: 6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377, USA

Shift : 1st Shift- 8am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday

Payrate: $19.00/Hr. on W2
Duration: 12 months

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide onsite administrative and operational support within a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for meetings and appointments
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Support day-to-day administrative functions for the team

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Ensure all records are updated, accessible, and compliant with company standards

Office Coordination

  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors and IT support for office equipment and services
  • Perform track and trace functions to monitor and follow up on key items/processes

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal staff and external clients
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Assist with cross-functional coordination within the manufacturing facility

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with track and trace processes is required

Additional Information
