We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our growing community health centers. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong healthcare leader with a clinical background who is passionate about improving patient care, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

As the Clinic Manager, you will oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including staff leadership, patient flow, financial performance, compliance, and quality initiatives. You'll work closely with executive leadership to ensure the clinic delivers exceptional patient care while meeting organizational goals.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Must be available for occasional after-hours emergencies related to clinic operations.

Salary:

  • $80,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy Primary Care community health clinic.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff while fostering a positive team environment.
  • Manage staffing, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and employee development.
  • Monitor clinic productivity, provider schedules, and operational performance to ensure efficiency and financial success.
  • Ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care with minimal wait times and an exceptional patient experience.
  • Oversee clinic budgets, revenue goals, and operational expenses while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with FQHC, state, federal, OSHA, HIPAA, and payer regulations.
  • Ensure clinic licensing, credentialing, and payer enrollments remain current.
  • Review operational, financial, and quality reports to drive continuous improvement.
  • Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions to improve workflow and patient access.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and community partners to support organizational growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage facility operations, equipment concerns, and emergency situations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Clinical background required (Medical Assistant, LVN, RN, or similar clinical credential).
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience in a Primary Care clinic or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage clinic performance, and drive operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams within a community health setting.
