\n Key Responsibilities\n

  • Prepare patients for exams by taking and recording vital signs and medical histories
  • \n
  • Assist provider during examinations and minor procedures
  • \n
  • Administer injections, medications, and basic lab procedures as directed

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage daily patient flow
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)

  • Answer phones, greet patients, and assist at the front desk as needed

  • Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for use

  • Follow all HIPAA, safety, and sanitation guidelines

\n Requirements\n

  • Experience taking and recording patient vital signs is required
  • \n
  • Previous experience in a medical office preferred
  • \n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures

\n Preferred Qualifications\n

  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification

  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

  • Previous experience as a medical assistant or medical receptionist (2+ years preferred)
