Lead a team that's changing lives! New Season Treatment Centers is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Program Director to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinic in Mobile, AL.

What You'll Do
\n- \n
- Lead daily clinic operations and drive exceptional patient care \n
- Supervise, coach, recruit, and develop multidisciplinary staff \n
- Partner with the Medical Director and Regional Director to achieve clinical and operational goals \n
- Ensure compliance with CARF, HIPAA, DEA, and state and federal regulations \n
- Manage staffing, budgets, quality improvement, accreditation, and community partnerships \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Master's Degree required \n
- Licensed Alabama Counselor required (LISW, LPC, LMFT, or ALC) \n
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, counseling, psychology, sociology, or a related field \n
- Leadership or management experience preferred \n
