We're seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our counseling team, support clinical excellence, and ensure quality patient care at our Grand Junction location.

\n

\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Provide clinical supervision and support to counselors and clinical staff
\n
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, CARF, state, and federal regulations
\n
• Review and approve clinical documentation
\n
• Support quality assurance, accreditation, and audit readiness
\n
• Partner with leadership to improve patient outcomes and staff development
\n
• Participate in community outreach and professional relationship-building
\n
• Promote a culture of recovery, compassion, and accountability
\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

'14; Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field (Master's preferred)

\n

'14; Current CAC-III or LAC in Colorado

\n

'14; 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience

\n

'14; Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use disorder (SUD), addiction treatment, or healthcare preferred

\n

'14; Knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP), HIPAA, and clinical best practices

\n
