Forklift Driver (Bilingual Preferred)
Location: Midlothian, TX 76065
Pay: $19.14/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday | Day Shift: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM (Fridays 5:00 AM-1:30PM)
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team in Midlothian, TX. The ideal candidate will safely operate material handling equipment, maintain accurate inventory, and support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.

  • Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.

  • Use RF scanners to track and maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Pick, wrap, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.

  • Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records.

  • Inspect forklifts and complete routine equipment checks.

  • Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures.

  • Identify and report workplace safety hazards.

Qualifications

  • Previous forklift experience required.

  • Current forklift certification required.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
