Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license in the state of Arizona or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with pediatric caseloads, ideally within a school or healthcare environment
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based therapy
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to professional growth and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to address student needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and reports
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations
  • Provide support and education to families and school personnel as needed
