Desired Qualifications:
- Active OT license in Oregon (or eligibility)
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Comfort working across K-12 grade levels
- Capable of managing a diverse caseload independently
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide assessment and therapy services for K-12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with school staff and families to support students' goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional consultations as needed
- Deliver services onsite one day per week
