Emergency Medicine Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a committed and highly proficient Emergency Medicine Physician to become part of our team across various community hospitals in the region. As an integral member of our Emergency Department, your primary duties will involve assessing and treating individuals facing a variety of acute and life-threatening medical issues. We foster a collaborative and supportive environment where physicians can prioritize clinical excellence and offer compassionate care to the community.

• Deliver comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct initial assessments, diagnostics, treatment, and stabilization for various medical conditions.
• Work alongside hospital specialists and support personnel to ensure smooth patient care.
• Maintain prompt and precise medical documentation in line with hospital regulations.
• Engage in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and safety.
• Provide leadership and support to mid-level providers and nursing staff as needed.
• Participate in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the Emergency Department schedule.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure) in Pennsylvania.
• Strong diagnostic and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Capability to manage high patient volumes with confidence and care.
