Family Medicine Opportunity - Boise, ID (Bown Crossing Clinic)

Our organization is a physician-led, accountable multispecialty group practice with over 600 providers, currently in search of a Family Medicine physician to join our full-time team at the Bown Crossing Clinic. This vibrant clinic is situated on the east side of Boise, Idaho.

The Bown Crossing Clinic, established just six years ago, is conveniently located near a library and an elementary school, and is within walking distance of Boise's scenic greenbelt and foothills.

Schedule

Work Hours: 4 to 4.5 days per week, totaling 34 patient contact hours. (Flexible scheduling and reduced full-time equivalent options are available)

Call

On-Call Duties: 1:30, phone-only with an excellent triage service in place.

Team Structure

Collaboration: You will be joining a team of 4 Family Medicine physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP), supported by dedicated staff including 1:1 Medical Assistants, a team nurse, and personnel focused on population health and referrals.

EMR System: EPIC

At the Bown Crossing Clinic, our team is committed to delivering comprehensive care for patients across all ages, from birth to end of life. Please note that this position does not involve obstetric care. The incoming physician will take over an established practice from a retiring physician, with opportunities to expand the patient panel.

Additional services available at this location include Urgent Care, on-site digital x-ray and laboratory services, as well as STARS Physical Therapy.

Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
• Board certification or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment
• Eligibility for Idaho medical licensure to practice in all aspects of medicine
• Valid registration for controlled substances with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and DEA
