Job Description
360X Staffing is hiring for Journeyman Electricians in Goodyear, AZ.
\nPay: $32-36/hr + $140 daily per diem
\nWe are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to support conveyor system installation, wiring, and commissioning activities within a fast-paced data center and distribution environment. This position requires a highly skilled electrician with strong industrial electrical experience and the ability to work safely while meeting strict project schedules and quality standards. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Promote a safety-first culture and follow all company safety policies and procedures. \n
- Perform electrical construction work on commercial and industrial projects. \n
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, specifications, and electrical plans. \n
- Determine the best installation methods, tools, equipment, and materials for each project. \n
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit. \n
- Install cable trays, duct banks, conduit supports, and weld supports as needed. \n
- Pull wire and install electrical wiring for lighting, power, and control systems. \n
- Install electrical distribution equipment, panels, switchgear, and control devices. \n
- Make electrical terminations and connections. \n
- Test, troubleshoot, and start up electrical systems to ensure proper operation and safety. \n
- Inspect completed installations, identify potential hazards, and make necessary repairs or adjustments. \n
- Diagnose and repair defective electrical equipment and systems. \n
- Collaborate with field leadership to maintain project schedules and workflow. \n
- Professionally resolve field-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. \n
- Stay current on NEC requirements, local electrical codes, and industry best practices. \n
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience. \n
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and local electrical codes. \n
- Experience with the following: \n
- Blueprint and electrical drawing interpretation - Electrical troubleshooting and repairs - Electrical installations - Trade-related calculations - Electrical materials, equipment, and installation methods
