Job Description

Key qualifications and experience:
- Valid SLPA license or certification
- Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to follow individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Comfortable working onsite for a 37.5-hour workweek
Primary responsibilities:
- Support implementation of speech and language therapy plans for students under supervision
- Assist with preparing materials and organizing activities to facilitate communication skills development
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs
This contract position is scheduled to begin August 3, 2026, and run through May 28, 2027, aligning with the academic calendar.
