Job Details- Schedule: 4 days a week, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM and 9 AM to 6 PM
- Patient Load: 18 to 20 patients daily
- Setting: Rural Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- Experience: Women's health expertise required, specifically in IUD and Nexplanon insertion
- EMR Systems: Familiarity with OCHIN or EPI
- Chronic Health Conditions: Experience with diabetes, hypertension, and asthma is essential
- MAT Waiver: Helpful for supporting addiction treatment
- Commitment: Long-term engagement preferred, with a minimum of 5 to 6 months
