Pay Details: $17.00 per hour

Job SummaryWe are seeking reliable and hardworking Utility Associates to join our warehouse team. This is a wide-ranging position that supports multiple warehouse operations and requires flexibility to perform a variety of tasks throughout the facility. Utility Associates help move merchandise, support packaging processes, and assist with maintaining efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse using an RF scanner/device.
- Transport products and materials between warehouse locations.
- Build and assemble boxes as needed.
- Tape and prepare boxes for shipment.
- Move boxes using pallet jacks and carts.
- Stack and organize boxes on pallets.
- Transfer boxes from pallets to conveyors and from conveyors to pallets.
- Clear conveyor jams using approved jam poles and safety procedures.
- Operate automated tape machines and box-making equipment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards.
- Support various departments based on operational needs.
- Ladder Certification required.
- Comfortable standing and walking for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Able to write and recognize numbers accurately.
- Experience using an RF scanner/device preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must not be afraid of heights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Some Utility positions may require basic English communication skills and computer usage (such as PTL Utility roles). These requirements will be noted on the specific job order.
- Check Stager positions require sufficient English skills to read and understand basic paperwork.
