The Department of Neurology at our organization is on the lookout for a distinguished Division Chief for General, Comprehensive Neurology. This role is pivotal in steering our esteemed health system. Candidates must possess an MD or equivalent degree, be board certified in Neurology, and have the capability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license. Proven leadership experience in managing a department, division, or clinical group is essential.

This role will operate under the guidance of the Department Chair and Vice Chair of Clinical Operations, overseeing all clinical operations within the division. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing scheduling and quality assurance activities for the division.
- Participating in departmental and Medical Staff committees.
- Collaborating with technical managers to address operational issues.
- Facilitating faculty recruitment.
- Engaging in budgetary planning for both the division and department.
- Assisting in report preparation and maintaining current web content for the division.
- Actively participating in the annual performance evaluation process.
- Encouraging research initiatives within the General Comprehensive Neurology division.
- Coordinating educational programs in general neurology, including the APP Rapid Access in Neurology clinics.
