• Southview Preschool: Inclusion Classroom, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, guiding around 10 young learners (two opportunities available).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid and active Indiana teaching license in Special Education (please provide a screenshot with your application).
• Experience working with students diagnosed with disabilities, with an adaptable approach tailored to each learner’s unique needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to student advocacy, fostering inclusion, independence, and self-confidence.
• Passion for implementing individualized education plans and differentiated instructional strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver customized instruction aligned with IEPs for students in Life Skills or Inclusion classrooms.
• Collaborate with support staff and professionals to ensure holistic student support.
• Maintain a positive and structured learning environment, encouraging growth and progress.
• Track and report student performance, adapting strategies as needed.
• Engage actively with families and colleagues to foster a supportive educational community.
