\n\n As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform industrial maintenance, equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n
\n\n \n
\n\n Maintenance Technician Job Duties:\n
\n- \n
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment used in the manufacturing of ceramic kilns and related products. \n
- Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently. \n
- Inspect, maintain, and repair machinery, conveyors, and facility systems to ensure safe and reliable operation. \n
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools to complete equipment repairs, modifications, and installations. \n
- Maintain maintenance records, complete work orders, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency. \n

\n\n Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm\n
\n\n \n
\n\n Pay: $28 per hour\n
\n\n \n
\n\n Maintenance Technician Requirements: \n
\n- \n
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment \n
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used for equipment setup, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance \n
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills, including the ability to accurately calculate measurements and production data \n
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, crouching, and occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs \n
- High school diploma or equivalent required and a valid driver's license \n
\n \n
