\n As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform industrial maintenance, equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n

\n Maintenance Technician Job Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment used in the manufacturing of ceramic kilns and related products.
  • \n
  • Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently.
  • \n
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair machinery, conveyors, and facility systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • \n
  • Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools to complete equipment repairs, modifications, and installations.
  • \n
  • Maintain maintenance records, complete work orders, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency.

\n Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm\n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n Pay: $28 per hour\n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n Maintenance Technician Requirements: \n
\n
    \n
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • \n
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools used for equipment setup, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance
  • \n
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills, including the ability to accurately calculate measurements and production data
  • \n
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, crouching, and occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs
  • \n
  • High school diploma or equivalent required and a valid driver's license
  • \n
\n
