Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Saint Johns, Florida

Experience an impactful opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a dynamic school environment near Saint Johns, FL. This is a full-time contract position beginning August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, offering the chance to make a real difference in children’s lives while expanding your expertise in a school setting.

Initially, you’ll work closely with one elementary school student in a 1:1 capacity, assisting them as they progress toward greater independence. Over time, your role will evolve, and you’ll have the rewarding responsibility of serving multiple sites—eventually transitioning into an itinerant role within the low incidence program across three to four schools.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience supporting children or students as an RBT preferred
• Familiarity with school settings and working 1:1 with elementary-age learners advantageous
• Strong communication, flexibility, and collaboration skills
• Active FL fingerprints or eligibility for credentialing via the AHCA Clearinghouse (assistance provided for form completion and reprints as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support to elementary students
• Collect and document data to monitor student progress and inform interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and behavioral specialists
• Adjust interventions to best support evolving student needs across multiple campuses
• Maintain strict compliance with all credentialing and security protocols
