Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and strategies
• Confidence engaging with students, teachers, and parents collaboratively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide data-driven recommendations
• Design and oversee implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Train school staff in proper behavioral intervention techniques and strategies
• Consult with teachers and families regarding student progress, strategies, and supports
• Continually monitor and adjust interventions to ensure student growth
• Document assessments, plans, and ongoing progress in compliance with school and regulatory standards
