Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and strategies
- Confidence engaging with students, teachers, and parents collaboratively
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide data-driven recommendations
- Design and oversee implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for students
- Train school staff in proper behavioral intervention techniques and strategies
- Consult with teachers and families regarding student progress, strategies, and supports
- Continually monitor and adjust interventions to ensure student growth
- Document assessments, plans, and ongoing progress in compliance with school and regulatory standards
