Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse to become a vital part of our Inpatient Rehabilitation team within the Healthcare & Medical Services division. This position involves a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing patient care and supporting recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed.
  • Monitor and assess patient progress, reporting any changes to the supervising Registered Nurses and physicians.
  • Assist in implementing rehabilitation plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
  • Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in medical records.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Practical Nurse.
