Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Hospice Solace Center, where you will deliver compassionate and expert care for individuals at the end of their lives. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs.
• Manage complex pain and symptoms effectively.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide education and support to families during this critical time.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all patient care activities in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
