• Oversee resident care by effectively scheduling and assigning nursing staff as a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor.

• Create a nurturing atmosphere by offering support to both residents and their families.

• Respond to inquiries and requests from residents and staff, providing necessary information.

• Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by adhering to established rules and regulations.

• Safeguard resident confidentiality by monitoring the handling of sensitive information.

• Document resident care services accurately and consistently.

• Foster a collaborative relationship among healthcare team members.

• Possession of a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care is essential.

• Must demonstrate strong leadership qualities and positivity as a Team Director for all staff members.

• Familiarity with EHR and e-Prescribing systems is preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills are necessary.

• Basic computer proficiency is required.
