• Board Certification is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
• The CRNA will operate independently.
• Areas of practice include General, Orthopedic, Gastrointestinal, Urology, ENT, and Obstetrics. Head and Heart cases are not included. The majority of cases will be in General, GI, and Orthopedic.
• Must possess an active IA CRNA License or an active Compact License.
• A clean malpractice and background history is mandatory.
