Job Opportunity: Gynecologist

Position Details

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available.

• No obstetrics or hospital on-call duties required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver gynecological care to patients.
• Assess and evaluate patients' health conditions.
• Educate patients on preventive care practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories and treatments using electronic health records (EHR).
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare providers when necessary.
• Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries, either in-office or at affiliated hospitals/surgery centers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New York medical license.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or private practice setting; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in patient charting and familiar with relevant electronic charting systems.
• Able to effectively supervise and manage medical staff and assistants within the office.

Contract Length

Minimum commitment of 2 years.
