Job Description
We're filling several 2nd & 3rd Shift General Laborer positions for a hot roll manufacturer of Industrial Springs. These Lawrenceville positions pay $22.18 per hour with a large reputable mill. Helpful backgrounds include Warehouse, Manufacturing, Crane Operator, Overhead Crane Operator, Millwright, Forklift, Straight Grinder and Angle. This is a heavy industrial, steel mill-like environment.
** Must Train on 1st shift. **
Bus line not an option for this position, and you have to be able to train on 1st shift (5am - 1pm) for the first 4 - 6 weeks.
General Laborer Role:
  • Perform variety of General Labor functions for the manufacture of Industrial Springs - Operate Machines, Grinders, Cranes, Sanitation, Conveyors, Powder Coating and Palletizing.
  • Cross train on many aspects of the business.
  • Maintain strict Safety and Quality standards.
General Laborer Requirements:
  • Forklift experience
  • Overhead Crane experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Manufacturing background
