Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible SLP licensure in California
  • CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to evidence-based therapy and progress monitoring
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in cooperation with school teams
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Document therapy sessions, student progress, and maintain compliance with state/federal standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and staff development activities
  • Educate and support teachers and families on strategies for student success
  • Manage a varied caseload across different grade levels
