Key Responsibilities:- Take charge of the sale, removal, and installation of tires, including those for commercial vehicles, both in-shop and during roadside assistance.
- Oversee the repair and upkeep of equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the store facility.
- Lift and move items weighing over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces.
- Adapt to various temperature conditions while prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in different environmental conditions.
- Commitment to customer service and safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
This role involves a fast-paced work environment where teamwork and communication are essential. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace while interacting with a variety of customers.
