Additional Information
Board certification is required; fellowship training in orthopedic surgery is preferred.
Involvement in both general surgical and non-surgical orthopedic procedures.
24-hour call coverage is needed from October 7 at 7 a.m. to October 12 at 7 a.m., with potential for ongoing coverage thereafter.
An active Kentucky medical license or IMLC, along with a DEA registration, is necessary.
