Job Description
Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of a well-established practice located in Ankeny, Iowa!
Details of the Job Opportunity
- Outpatient practice setting
- Collaborate with a team consisting of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers
- 36 hours of patient contact each week
- On-call rotation of 1 in 8
- Access to a clinic chronic care coordination team and behavioral health support services
- On-site X-ray and laboratory services available
- Utilization of EMR system: EPIC
- H1B visa candidates are encouraged to apply
Attractive Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $290,100
- Recruitment bonus of $150,000
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
- Annual CME allowance of $6,000
- Malpractice insurance coverage with tail coverage included
