\n What You'll Do\n
\n

  • Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and denied medical claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
    • \n
  • Investigate claim denials, submit corrected claims and appeals, and communicate with insurance payers to resolve outstanding accounts.
    • \n
  • Analyze denial trends and collaborate with billing, coding, and authorization teams to improve reimbursement processes.
    • \n
  • Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and company procedures.
    • \n
  • Support continuous process improvements that reduce accounts receivable aging and improve revenue cycle performance.
    • \n

\n Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.\n

\n
\n
\n Pay: $22 per hour\n
\n
\n
\n

\n What We're Looking For\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
    \n
  • 3+ years of experience in medical billing, accounts receivable follow-up, or denial management within U.S. healthcare.
    • \n
  • Working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding, Explanation of Benefits, and payer guidelines.
    • \n
  • Experience using electronic medical record, electronic health record, or practice management systems.
    • \n
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
