Clinical Supervisor (LMSW)

Bronx, NY | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | $37.50-$39.42/hr

Join as a Clinical Supervisor supporting the HRA HASA Scattered Site Housing Program in the Bronx. In this leadership role, you'll mentor case managers, provide clinical guidance, and help individuals living with HIV/AIDS, serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and housing instability achieve greater independence and stability.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and support a team of approximately 5-6 Case Managers
  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance on client care, documentation, and service planning
  • Conduct weekly supervision meetings, case conferences, and chart reviews
  • Review assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and individualized service plans
  • Support staff with crisis intervention, de-escalation, and complex client situations
  • Ensure compliance with HRA/HASA, agency, and regulatory standards
  • Complete performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and professional development
  • Collaborate with community partners and coordinate referrals and client placements
  • Monitor housing occupancy goals and assist with timely placement of new referrals
  • Travel throughout the Bronx to support staff and clients at scattered-site housing locations
  • Serve as Program Director designee when needed


Qualifications

Required

  • Master's Degree in Social Work
  • Active New York State LMSW (LMHC also considered)
  • Experience in case management, behavioral health, social services, or community-based programs
  • Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the Bronx


Preferred

  • Supervisory experience (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with HIV/AIDS, homelessness, serious mental illness, or substance use populations
  • HASA or supportive housing experience
  • Bilingual Spanish
