\n This unique position involves overseeing a team of candidates and collaborating closely with branch team to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction. Your strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success.\n
\n
\n Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy.\n

\n Onsite Supervisor Job duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • \n
  • Support and oversee the performance and well-being of candidates on-site.
    • \n
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise efficiently and effectively.
    • \n
  • Perform talent interviews
    • \n
  • Conduct new employee orientations and on-boarding
    • \n
\n
\n Onsite Supervisor requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • 1+ years of supervisory (lead) experience preferably in a warehouse environment
    • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • \n
  • MS Office proficiency
    • \n
  • Proven experience in performance management
    • \n
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances in the warehouse
    • \n
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus!
    • \n
\n
\n Schedule: Onsite at Funko\n
\n
    \n
  • Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-3:30AM
    • \n
  • Required overtime on Fridays during peak sale periods
    • \n
\n
\n Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour\n
\n
\n
\n
