Insight Global is seeking a CADD Technician to support power delivery projects within the utilities space. This individual will play a key role in producing and updating detailed engineering drawings for substation, transmission, and distribution systems. Working closely with engineers, you’ll help translate technical designs into high-quality CAD documentation while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Must Haves:

• 2–5 years of CAD/drafting experience

• Associate degree OR equivalent hands-on experience

• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation

• Utility industry experience (substation, transmission, or distribution)

• Experience using Bluebeam for markup reviews
