Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with school-age children, preferably in an educational environment
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills

- Ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to adapt to different school settings and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to inform instructional and placement decisions
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design interventions and support student success
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Offer training and consultation to school staff on relevant psychological and behavioral topics
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with ethical and legal standards
