Key Responsibilities:

• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design interventions and support student success
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Offer training and consultation to school staff on relevant psychological and behavioral topics
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with ethical and legal standards
