Engage with educators and families to deliver quality physical therapy services and contribute to student success.

Your skills in pediatric physical therapy will be used to provide direct treatment, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. This position offers a balanced weekly schedule across two locations and caseloads, allowing for meaningful connections with students and a variety of professional experiences.

Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania
  • Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy for students with diverse needs
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to both early intervention and school-age populations
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering physical therapy services to students aged preschool through school age as assigned
  • Managing a full-time early intervention caseload at the Aston location (5 days/week in classroom settings)
  • Providing school-based physical therapy 4 days per week for a school-age caseload at the Marple Education Center
  • Assessing, developing, and implementing individualized interventions
  • Collaborating with educators and support staff to maximize student access and participation in school activities
  • Maintaining accurate records, progress reports, and parent communications
  • Traveling between assigned school sites as needed
