This full-time contract opportunity offers a unique four-day work week (Monday through Thursday, 8AM–4PM), allowing you the chance to maximize your impact while enjoying an extended weekend.

You’ll serve a diverse caseload across an entire school district, working with students from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade. With flexibility built into the schedule and the opportunity to work in a variety of school settings—both in-person and via teletherapy—you’ll find plenty of variety and professional enrichment in your day-to-day routine.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license issued by the State of New Mexico
  • Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children in academic settings
  • Comfortable providing district-wide services, including site-to-site travel as needed
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery models preferred
  • Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders across PreK–12 grade levels
  • Deliver services both in-person and via teletherapy, depending on specific student needs and district guidelines
  • Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to support students’ IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for students
