- Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in line with HHS standards to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality patient care.
- Must exhibit the necessary knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care for patients in the assigned unit.
- Should demonstrate an understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan, with the ability to assess data reflecting the patient’s condition and interpret the information required to identify each patient’s age-specific needs.
- Plan and provide patient care by developing, modifying, and implementing care plans according to HHS standards to ensure quality patient care as outlined in the Patient Care policies and procedures.
- Expected to comply with the regulations established by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of a two (2) year Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Valid RN License for Oklahoma.
BLS certification must be acquired within 14 days of hire or transfer into this position and prior to delivering direct patient care.
