OBGYN Physician Opportunity on the Maryland Eastern Shore

If you're looking for a full-scope OB/GYN role with real support behind you, this is worth a look. This is an established, high-volume program on Maryland's Eastern Shore with a team large enough to actually share the load; 7 OB/GYNs, 8 CNMs, MFM coverage, and a laborist group handling backup call so your 1:7 rotation stays manageable.

The Role

• Monday through Friday schedule with 3 to 4 clinic days per week and dedicated OR block time
• 1:7 call rotation with post-call day off and laborist backup coverage
• Full-scope 50/50 OB and GYN mix with MFM support for high-risk cases
• Da Vinci Xi robotics, 4-room ASC, ultrasound, colposcopy, and on-site lab
• 2,200 deliveries annually with a 17 to 19% C-section rate

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of 380,000 to 390,000 with a 10,000 sign-on bonus
• 6 weeks PTO plus 9 paid holidays and 3,000 CME annually
• 401(k) with 5% match and FTCA malpractice coverage
• PSLF and NHSC loan repayment eligible
• J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available

You'll Need

• MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• New graduates and experienced candidates both welcome
• Leadership potential a plus
