• 6 providers (3 MDs and 3 APPs)

• Each provider works 5 days/ week.\n

  • 3 days/week in the clinic
  \n
  • 1 main OR day
  \n
  • 1 surgery center day
  \n
\n
• Procedures- Vasectomys (in-office and OR), Cystoscopys, prostate biopsies, transrectal ultrasounds

• No testosterone management in clinic
