Property Administrative Assistant
Pay - $20 to $22
Shift - 1st Shift
Location - Columbus, Ohio
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Property Administrative Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in Columbus, Ohio. This first shift position pays $20 to $22 per hour and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting property operations, tenants, and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the property management team
• Answer phone calls, emails, and tenant inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain tenant files, lease agreements, and property documentation
• Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and property-related paperwork
• Track and coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications
• Process invoices, maintain records, and assist with basic accounting tasks
• Update spreadsheets, databases, and property management systems
• Schedule appointments, inspections, and meetings as needed
• Assist with rent collection documentation and recordkeeping
• Support daily office operations and special projects
Qualifications
• 2+ years of administrative experience required
• Property management, real estate, or commercial property experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
