Location: Serra Mesa, San Diego, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our client's growing team in Serra Mesa. This position is ideal for an HR professional with at least one year of experience who enjoys supporting employees and assisting with day-to-day HR operations.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our client's growing team in Serra Mesa. This position is ideal for an HR professional with at least one year of experience who enjoys supporting employees and assisting with day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork, I-9 verification, and orientation
- Maintain accurate employee records and update information in the HRIS
- Assist with benefits enrollment, leave administration, and employee inquiries
- Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and support full-cycle recruiting activities
- Prepare offer letters, employment verifications, and other HR documentation
- Assist with employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws
- Process personnel changes, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Maintain HR files and assist with audits and reporting
- Support payroll by tracking timecards and submitting employee changes
- Coordinate employee training, recognition programs, and company events
- Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and report preparation
- Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
- Contract to hire role
- Onsite role
- Located in Serra Mesa, San Diego
- Compensation: $25.00-$29.00 per hour DOE
- Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
