Key Qualifications:

• Must hold a current Maryland SLP license
• SLP-CCC or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
• Experience or strong interest in school-based caseloads preferred
• Flexibility to work onsite only (remote not available)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of K-12 students across multiple school sites (full and part-time combinations available)
• Complete assessments, develop IEPs, implement therapy plans, and contribute to student progress reviews
• Collaborate closely with teachers, instructional support teams, and families
• Document services and progress in accordance with district policies
